The most blessed time of the year is just around the corner; it is Ramadan Al-Mubarak! “Buka Puasa” or Iftar is a very special occasion for Muslims, where they will get together with family and friends to break fast during the holy month of Ramadan.
This Ramadan, Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam (GBWHSA) will be offering an extravagant buffet spread of over 250 different dishes every day that features Traditional, International, Chinese and Japanese cuisine with emphasize the concept of ‘One Stop Halal Food - Iftar Destination’ at Malaysia’s First Hotel Awarded IQS for 5 Star Hotel Category by UCSC.
A wide spectrum of mouth-watering gastronomic Halal delights prepared to perfection by our professional chefs includes Tabooleh, Hummus bi Taheeni, Sashimi, Lemon Couscous with Chicken and Bell Pepper, Special Soup “Gear Box”, Szechuan Hot & Sour, Miso Soup, Chicken Ala King, Steamed Snapper Fillet and Lemonade with Saffron Fennel Broth, Ketam Goreng Berlada Rampai Sari,Sanma Shioyaki, Stir Fried Assorted Mushroom with Bean Curd Soya Sauce, Ebi Furai and many more.
Another break fast ‘must try’ dishes would be Daging Rendang Penanggah, Agehan Sukiyaki, Nasi Kuning Diraja, Deep Fried Whole Red Snapper as well as most popular signature dish is Stuffed Whole Lamb Kebbeh with Kabees El Qarnabeet and Moroccan Oozy Rice.
A variety of desserts to choose from such as Shanghai Pancake, Dorayaki, Baqlava, Strawberry Mousse, Mango Pudding, Walnut Pie, Bread Butter Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and also Assorted Malay Kuih. Cold and hot beverages to quench the thirst such as Sarsi Selasih, Sugarcane Juice, Soy Milk, Mango Juice, Coffee and Tea are also available.
GBWHSA Ramadan buffet promotion runs from 10 July till 7 August 2013 with selection of Al-Kareem Package and Al-Mubarak Package. Each of the package offers different price and venue with special rate for Ahlan Ya Ramadan (Early booking 1-10 Ramadan & 50 pax and above) and Weekend / Public Holiday (1 adult with 1 child)
Al-Kareem Package will be served at our new restaurant called ROYALE SONGKET. Situated on the ground floor, the restaurant that resemble the exclusive dining venue of Malaysian heritage in contemporary setting inspired by gold and silver woven tread fabric; Songket. ROYALE SONGKET priced from RM108++ per adult and RM60++ for senior citizen (60 and above) and child (4-11 years old). For Ahlan Ya Ramadan RM95++ and Weekend / Public Holiday RM140++.
For those who prefer the ambiance of ‘kenduri’, REBANA HALL is offering the buffet by Al-Mubarak Package at RM89++ per adult and RM50++ for senior citizen (60 and above) and child (4-11 years old). For Ahlan Ya Ramadan RM75++ and Weekend / Public Holiday RM110++.
Early bird vouchers are on sales at RM110++ per adult with special offer of FREE 1 Hi-tea voucher by terms and conditions until end of June 2013.
