A combination of lunch and tea time
favourites, ‘trunch’ at the Semarak Café & Tempo offer a
bountiful spread consisting Cold Selection of roast chicken
platter, chutney seafood platter; Salad Bar of assorted greens
and dressings; Malaysian Salad and Appetizer such as tauhu
sumbat with chilli sauce, assorted pasembor, kerabu and keropok,
Sandwich Corner with selection of wholemeal bread, white bread,
croissant and soft roll with tuna mayo, sardine and egg
fillings. For Soup, there are sweet corn and crabmeat soup,
cream of mushroom soup or tom yam. Western and Malaysian dishes
include nasi goreng kampung, yong tau foo, fish tempura,
fettuccini pasta with napolitane sauce, gratinated lamb cutlet,
seafood quiche and much more. There’s also a noodle stall and
pancake and waffle station. For desserts there are ice kacang,
assorted ice cream, bread and butter pudding, iced longan and
jelly, Malay kuih, french pastries and fresh fruits.
